We hope you love your Mai Ardour piece. If for any reason it isn't quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags attached where applicable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order is faulty or sent in error.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
