Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide with DHL Express.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 4-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your destination country. An estimate of any applicable charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

As a small independent brand just beginning this new chapter, we're not yet able to include these costs in our pricing. We hope to offer this in the future as Mai Ardour grows.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you'd like to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to amend or cancel orders once they've been placed, so please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide and product information to help you choose with confidence. If you're still unsure, we'd be delighted to help - just get in touch before placing your order using the Contact Form. 

Where are your garments made?

Every Mai Ardour piece is designed in London and produced in carefully selected manufacturing partners in Thailand and China. We work in small production runs, allowing us to focus on thoughtful construction, fit, and finish rather than mass production.
